Vent Racing Technologies is now offering a Mikuni 26mm Round-slide carb kit for the Polaris RZR 170. This kit replaces the stock 21mm carburetor. The carb kit is a bolt on setup that increases power dramatically over stock.

The carburetors come direct from Mikuni with a standard jetting and will need to be tuned for your specific machine. The jets that are included in the kit are our best attempt at a combination that would work. These jets may or may not be the total solution. Keep in mind that with a new intake on a carburetor vehicle jetting will always need to be adjusted.

The carburetor needs to be ordered with the Vent Racing Technologies Cold Air Intake. If you already have the Vent Racing Cold Air Intake on your stock carb you will need a new, larger elbow. Please select this option the "Larger Intake Elbow" option when ordering.

This carburetor has a lever actuated choke. The carb kit does not come with a remote choke. The choke is on the carburetor itself. Please keep this in mind when ordering this product. Also, This will not work on the EFI RZR 170 models.

***This kit will require professionally tuning. (We can not solve every tuning issue over the phone. No matter how good you are at making the engine noises.)

*** This kit is not a "fix all" for a 170 that has existing issues.
